Works with "cheap" ammo unlike all the posts out there to the contrary. I did a quick test of 5 rounds. Will work her out more and report back when possible...

Those mags were full of rust and I was not sure if they would work. I had my nephew help me spray wd-40 inside them while I worked the mag follower up and down. It worked all of them ran without a hitch.

This lil sucker was a handful. I tried it with Georgia Arms .44 special 200 grain Speer Gold Dots. They had some zing. The problem with this gun is the trigger pull. I could not hit crap with it at any decent range. For close range it was fine and since it was intended for a carry gun it wasn't meant for 25 yard shots.

The speer gold dots had some kick and it felt like slightly more than a some of the hotter .357 mag loads. No where near the winchester black box 180 grain .357 hunting ...

I tried the Glock 17 I bought for $300. I traded in a springfield 1911 in 9mm that didn't function properly. I believe it was magazine related but I decided I didn't want to fuss around with chasing down gremlins. I traded it in on this first gen 17 that was bought by an FBI agent who wanted it as a home gun. They ran a box of 50 through it and it sat for 10 years in their house. Then I got it in like new condition for my 1911 9mm and 100 buck cash.

This gun ran flawlessly as ...

I went to the range finally and tried out some new additions to the serious firepower family of fun. I will cover each one in a separate post for your enjoyment! There was no recoil to speak of making this a great gun for recoil sensitive people. Having 16 rounds of .45 acp on tap is also a bonus. The handle is very comfortable for a high cap .45 and I do enjoy the ergonomics of this gun.

I shot the FNP .45 at various ranges of 21' to 25 yards. Accuracy was not up to par BUT that ...

I always wanted one of these style pistols. The colt mustangs are way to expensive since they ain't making them no more. I love it and at least it is in .380 as well.

Not the first choice for SHTF but a nice all around carry gun. What you all think...

A great gun. I have a few hundred rounds through it. Even some at 100 yards. Although that gun was not going to hit a torso at that range. It is more than adequate at normal 2o yard ranges.
Best Self-defense Handgun

Author: Razvan Jr

Handguns can simply be defined as small and compact weapons for self-defense purposes. Handguns for sale have seen a tremendous rise in the past few years. They can be held and fired from the same hand and are small as far as size is concerned. The best handgun for self defense is scientifically designed as a weapon for self-protection, which can be easily carried and used in dire situations. Choosing a self-defense gun isn’t as easy as you ...
