My next Shotty

I'm hoping to make one of these Stoeger Outbacks my next shotgun. I like the 20" tubes on it because I want to use the gun on my annual trip to Northern Maine as a grouse gun. Most grouse hunting is done by driving along logging roads until a covy is spotted on the road then you park get out and go after them. The short barrels will be handy getting in and out of the vehicle. I also like rifle sights on a shotgun as they make hits a sure thing when shooting birdshot.

I will also use the gun for deer hunting as I live in a shotgun only state. Again the rifle sights will be very useful for this.

I am jealous. I also want to pick up one of them there short over and under shotties. Makes a ton of sense. It can do everything. Home defense, hunting, easy to load and unload. The nickel and black wood is an attention getter. I don't think I would mess around at the house that I knew the guy had one of them in there protecting his family with....

That thing is insanely small my man. JEEZ, I think I really need to get one now. I love it and it sure looks nasty! Those stoger outback shotguns are awesome looking. I wish we could find some good gun reviews on it.

Still trying to figure out if I want it in 20 or 12.
