I handled on of these recently and checked them out again yesterday at a gun show. It shoulders awesome and is surprisingly light, feels like you could really put the rounds on target. I always was intrigued by the Steyr AUG's of the 80's since it was the only popular bullpup design and just different. I'd love to grab one but they are kinda big $ Crying or Very sad

What do you all think of them and the bullpup design in general? I think it is a great choice for personnel involved in confined spaces such as SUV's and house to house. It almost takes the place of the submachinegun roll sad to say.

After comparing a bull pup bushmaster at the gun shop with a car-15. I was surprised to find the car-15 was slightly shorter! As you know kaiser, I hate bull pups. I have not had a chance to compare anything else but that was enough for me to flush the bull pup from my mind. What a Face

Did you compare them with the CAR stock at operating length? I like how the STG has the majority of the weight towards the rear and makes it balance and shoulder its weight better. I had my girl shoulder the STG and it was much easier for her to hold that up rather then a conventional style rifle.
