Swine Flu Break-out

Mexico made the news this weekend with a major Swine-Flu breakout.

Mayor Bloomburg just made a statement about over a hundred children in NYC with mild symptoms.


Some of the students who tested positive for Swine Flu were in Mexico a week or so ago.

The World Health Org has confirmed virus outbreaks in both the US and Mexico

11 cases are confirmed in the USA 7 cali, 2 texas and 2 in Kansas.

This is normally a virus related toPigs but these 11 people have had no contact with any swine.

51 cases in Mexico have been reported. And over 1000 cases of respiratory illness. The cases of respiratory illness have not been linked to swine flu yet.

The virus in both the USA and Mexico is thought to be the same.

not sure if its been reported yet, but there have been 4 confirmed cases in DE...

Its stupid though, because most people's symptoms are only as bad as a common cold.
