| I was at a guns show this weekend and talked for a couple minutes with the owner of Blind Horse knives. Cool, guy and he had this woods knife there that I was really eyeing up. The one at the show had a micarta handle on it though, very comfortable and simple........wonder why the show one was $200 and on the site with wood handles it is $100? Here is the link to the knife- http://www.blindhorseknives.com/BHK-Bushcrafter.htm | |

| I like the large work horse and the Bushcrafter. The Bushcrafter would be better served with a Scandi grind in my opionion though. Nice knives and they seem to be getting a lot of press lately. | |

is it worth getting? whats the purpose? It looks nicer, to me anyway. And it gives a textured surface to grip when choking up on the blade with bloody or sweaty hands.

| Silverback, are you getting the bushcrafter with the fiddleback maple like the pictures?...
Just curious, Kaiser and I saw a sweet bushcrafter with a green micarta handle that was pretty sick

| $10 to $14 will get you a Mora with either a stainless or carbon blade. It will do everything you need it to except look nice. | |

| I picked up a Mora Triflex Craftsman for the trip, I think it was $13.00
...And I'm not affraid to say that the woolrich wool coat that I'll be wearing up there cost me $5.00 at the local Goodwill!

Well worth the money IMO. Nice fit and finish and the handle was really comfortable for the little bit of use I got out of it. The sheath is also very well made. I would like to order one myself after the holidays if possible.
