You can hear the gongs going off. I give the guy credit. I didn't use their little plywood thing I just stood up and shot off hand all day. They couldn't understand why I would not want to take a rest while shooting.I am a firm believer now in practice of off hand firing that way when it counts and you take a rested firing position you have a much higher chance of hitting your target.
