| Just finished cookin up the first batch of "15 South" (thats what i'm gonna call it when i make it big hahaha) home-brewed beer!!! Took me about 2 hours to make, and it has to age about 4 weeks... I'm hoping it turns out alright...the cooling process didn't go as smoothly as i would have liked, and the longer it stays at a high temp. the more chance of getting bacteria in it (which spoils the beer). Wish me luck...a thorough testing and analysis will be done when it is ready to drink!! | |

yea, I got it from "how do you brew" in the shops at louviers shopping center on paper mill rd. They have just about anything you could want for home brewing in there. The beer kit that i got is an american amber ale, it should be done by early august...if that's the case, i might make another batch to bring up to maine, if i make it at the end of september, it'll be mature by the trip | |
