| I have been reading up on the new XD and I think it looks pretty good. The slide has been reprofiled and it now has removable backstraps and more agressive checkering on the grip. Springfield was also able to squeeze 16 rnds of 40 S&W into the mag rather then 12 rounds the original XD will hold. I'm not sure if the 9mm and 45 versions have higher capacity as well. What do you guys think of the new version?

| I love it. I am just waiting for it to come out in .357 sig. You know how bad I have been wanting that caliber. I think the old XD was awesome. They made the new one even better! | |
