Out of the two which would you be more likely to purchase? I would probably go with Ruger but Taurus does offer a bigger line of wheelguns.

Kaiser is the guy who hates taurus but I have no issue with them or rossi. My .357 snubbie from rossi had excellent fit and finish and was accurate for a 2" wheel gun. Tight lock up. No complaints here. The other guy tim from Florida ammo traders had I think 6 rossi guns and never had any issues either. All in All i think ruger is going to have the best resale but if you intend to keep it, get the gun you like the looks of the best.

I'd go with the Ruger, they are a little more sharp around the edges but they are rugged. I have a bad taste in my mouth from working behind the gun counter and seeing a display Rossi lockup forom being shown. Plus they just don't compare to Smiths and that is what all wheel guns should be compared too.
I will say that the Interarms wheel guns are a little cleaner than the Charter Arms but I'd still go with the US company.

Thats because all the idiots in delaware don't know how to handle guns LOL
