| heres a few pictures of my first attempt at an alcohol stove...i'll post a step by step of pictures if anyone is interested... this is just made with a pepsi can, and burns just about anything (rubbing alcohol, denatured alcohol, gasoline, everclear), but denatured alchol and everclear seem to be the best. It will boil 2 litres of water in just a few minutes, and only weighs about an oz. the pictures here are burning 91% rubbing alcohol, which burns kind of dirty and not very hot...everclear burns much hotter and with almost no visible flame | |

| Looks good, do you use some type of rack to put a pot on or just put right on stove? | |

| there is a pot rack, i'll add some pics later of the whole set up...if you put the holes for the jets on the side of the can you can actually put a pot right on top, but the can is very light and not very stable. | |
